Why isn't my Coupon working?

You should always try clearing out your cash and cookies. If after clearing your cookies and cache you’re still unable to use your coupon, try using a different browser or device.

Please also check for any exclusions that would prevent you from using a coupon on your purchase. Exclusions include:

• Purchasing GameStop gift cards.
• Purchasing Reservations.
• May not stack with other promotions.
• 3^rd party gift cards (e.g., Uber gift card).
• Select DLCs, like in-game credits.
• Pro membership.
• Coupons of the same value cannot be stacked together. For example, two $5 coupons cannot be stacked, however you can stack a $5 and a $10 coupon.
• You can't use the monthly $5 coupons with any other coupon
