Our Buy one Get one free promotions are an awesome way to pick up games you might have missed or get a little more trading card bang for your buck, but please keep in mind that with the Buy one Get one free deal you must add the required number of items to your cart to take part of the deal. For example if we were running a buy 2 get one free deal on Pokémon booster packs, you must add 3 Pokémon booster packs to the cart to take advantage of the deal. But what if you wanted to get 9 packs? Well you would need to add 9 packs to your cart and the deal will make 3 free!

Price-matching

Our website uses a system to automatically price match with our competitors and provide you with the best price, we don't offer price matching beyond what is shown on our website.

Gift with purchase (Pre-order bonuses)

Gift with purchases are often exclusive to GameStop and are while supplies last! While this means that pre-ordering with us does not guarantee a gift with purchase, We do everything in our power to get these items to every pre-order customer.

Missed promotions

We do not offer any type of rainchecks on issued Promotions and we cannot add promotions on a created order. If the promotion is still on going and you would like to take advantage of it, you may create a new order and attempt to cancel or return the order that is currently processing.

Pro Day

Pro Days are sales events exclusive to pro members! Be sure to sign in or upgrade to Pro during these events to take advantage of the great deals.

Pro Early Access

Pros get early access to some high demand items like Next-Gen console, to gain access to these events we ask you sign-up or upgrade to Pro at least 24-hours before these events so your membership is properly processed in our system and you are recognized by our website as a pro member.
