When you sign up in store for a PRO membership you have the option to be enrolled into auto renewal for your account! This gives you the option to automatically renew your membership on the anniversary of your sign up. This makes it easier to manage your PRO membership and ensure that your never lose your points due to your account expiring!
If you currently have a PRO membership and are NOT signed up for autorenewal, you can do so in your account homepage on the website by going to PRO MEMBERSHIP > TURN ON AUTO RENEW.
What if I want to cancel my Auto Renewal?
You can navigate to PRO MEMBERSHIP > TURN OFF AUTO RENEW. This will cancel your auto renewal before it renews your membership for that year!
How do I get refunded for the auto renewal charge?
By going to the PRO MEMBERSHIP option in your account, you can request a refund for the auto renewal charge if you decide you no longer want the PRO benefits. By clicking on "Turn off auto renew", you'll be given the option to turn off auto renew or, if you are eligible, you will be given the option to refund the auto renewal charge.
