Shipping Options

We have several shipping options in addition to our standard shipping, you can see the options available right from the product page you are looking at just above the Add to cart button.

FREE SHIPPING

Free Shipping is available on orders $79+ and preorders $59+. PRO members receive free shipping on all orders $54+. To qualify, the subtotal after discounts must be equal or higher than the free shipping threshold. Preorders and digital items DO NOT count towards the free shipping threshold

!!NOTE!! - Free Shipping is excluded for PSA Graded collectibles. Each individual PSA graded card purchased will have a $3.99 shipping fee.

Free Shipping is excluded on the following:

• PO BOX, APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• PSA Graded Collectible cards
• Shipments going to AK & HI

Standard Shipping ($6.99)

This is our default option when adding a item to the cart which is 1 - 3 business days Some important things to keep in mind.

• We do not currently ship to locations outside of the continental  U.S 
  • Hawaii & Alaska do have shipping restrictions on items we can send including things that contain lithium Ion batteries
• We can not ship to businesses including freight forwarders, mail forwarding services, warehouses, distribution centers, airports or hotels.
• We do ship to military locations but delivery times to these locations is outside of our control and may vary, even taking longer then expected.
• Some packages may require a signature, if you are not home at the time of delivery the carrier may place a missed delivery notice on your door or mailbox with instructions to pick up or when they will attempt redelivery of your package. If no notice was left or you are having issues with the carrier please reach out to care@gamestop.com.

Same Day Delivery ($12.99)

We also offer Same Day Delivery using courier services! We currently use two courier services including,

• UBER
• WalmartGO

Availability of this option depends on Store inventory and the order must be completed before 5PM local time to be delivered by 8PM. All Delivery orders are held for the courier service until 3 hours before close. You will see this time limit in the cart

You may add delivery instructions for the courier or select to receive text messages updates about your delivery, to do this simply select the respective option in the check out screen.

Buy Online Pick Up in Store

Buy online pick up in store allows you to purchase an item on the website and pick that item up from a local GameStop store later that day. To do this add the item you would like to pick up in store to your cart and select "Pick up TODAY". A window will pop up to show what stores have the item available for pick up.

Once you have selected a store with the item available you will see how many the store has and a time limit to place the order before we can no longer accept order for pickup today.

Once you have placed the order you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we are working on your order. We will send you a "Ready for Pick Up" email when the item is ready for you, We kindly ask that you please wait for this email before heading to the store. Once you receive this email simply head to the chosen store with your email confirmation and your ID, inform the Store Associate you are here to pick up and they will get your order for you!

!!NOTE!! - The name on the order for pick up MUST match the name of the ID of the person picking it up. The store associate will not release the order to you otherwise.
