How do I place an Order?

If we are lucky enough to have you place an order with us we'd like to take you step by step to make sure it's as smooth as possible. You're able to checkout as a guest but we encourage you to create an account so it's easier to check out, track, and manage your order throughout the process! Let's start by finding an item that we like, in this case let's go with Final Fantasy VII Remake!


!!NOTE!! - We do not currently ship to locations outside of the continental U.S.

Find your item and make sure to select any variations of the item you want specifically then add it to cart!

 

 

Almost There!

Once you've added it to your cart you'll receive a pop up asking if you'd like to add a Product Replacement Plan! If you'd like some reassurance to backup your game feel free to add a 1 Year plan. Otherwise you can view your cart to continue or "Keep Shopping" to see what else we have to offer. Once you get to your cart you'll get a summary of the items you've added. Choose your preferred shipping method and you can Proceed to check out!

Here you can

1. Adjust your shipping method

2. Add any gift cards you'd like to apply

3. Add your payment method

Once you're all set click on "Place Order" and you're good to go! You'll receive an order confirmation to your email soon!

 

 

When will I be charged?

When the order is created you'll receive an authorization on your payment method confirming that it is valid. We DO NOT charge fully until we are able to to ship your order. If you decide that you no longer want the order and it get's cancelled, the authorization will drop on its own.

 

I'm having issues processing my order

If you can't process your order online with us, no reason to panic! We also have the option to order something online at your local store! Simply go to your nearest GameStop and the associate working can order your online item to be shipped directly to your home.
