Below are answers to the most common shipping questions. In most cases, no contact with GameStop is needed.

How Does Shipping Work on Pre-Orders?
Pre-orders are shipped when the item is released, and the shipping fee is charged at that time.
Important to know:
- If you preorder multiple games with different release dates, each game is charged its own shipping fee
- The same applies if your order includes:
- Pre-orders and
- Items that are already released
✅ This is expected behavior and can’t be combined into one shipment.

Can I Get a Refund on My Shipping Fee?
No. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
This applies even if:
- You cancel the order
- You return the item
- You exchange the item
✅ The shipping charge covers delivery services already performed.

I Live Overseas or in a Restricted Area — What Are My Options?
At this time, GameStop does not ship outside the continental U.S.
If your address is outside the eligible regions:
- Shipping options will not appear at checkout
- Orders cannot be completed to those locations
✅ These restrictions are automatic and cannot be overridden by support.

How Do I Get Free Shipping?
Free shipping is available when your order qualifies:
- Orders $79+
- Pre-orders $59+
- GameStop Pro Members: Free shipping on orders $54+
Important qualifications:
- The subtotal after discounts must meet the threshold
- Pre-orders and digital items do NOT count toward the free-shipping total

⚠️ Free Shipping Exclusions
Free shipping does not apply to:
- PSA graded collectible cards
– Each PSA-graded card has a $4.99 shipping fee
- Other TCG items
- Additional exclusions may apply
✅ If free shipping doesn’t appear at checkout, the order does not qualify.

When You Don’t Need to Contact GameStop
You usually don’t need support assistance if:
- Shipping is charged on a preorder
- Multiple shipping charges appear for multiple release dates
- Free shipping doesn’t apply at checkout
- Your shipping fee wasn’t refunded after a return
- You’re unable to ship outside the continental U.S.
All of the above are expected behaviors.

⏱️ When Should I Contact GameStop?
Contact GameStop only if:
- Your order clearly meets free-shipping requirements but shipping is still charged
- You believe a shipping fee was applied in error
