How does Shipping on Pre-Orders work?
Shipping on preorders will be charged at the time they are released! If you preorder multiple games on the same order that release on different dates, each game will have it's own individual shipping charge. This is also the case if you make an order that has both preorders and items that have already been released.
Can I get a refund on my shipping fee?
The shipping fees included on your order are non refundable. Even if you decide that you no longer want the product or need to make an exchange, the shipping charged can not be refunded.
I currently live overseas or in one of the restricted shipping areas, is there anything I can do?
Currently we do not have the ability to ship to any of the regions that are outside of the continental US.
How do I get Free Shipping?
Free Shipping is available on orders $79+ and preorders $59+. PRO members receive free shipping on all orders $54+. To qualify, the subtotal after discounts must be equal or higher than the free shipping threshold. Preorders and digital items DO NOT count towards the free shipping threshold
!!NOTE!! - Free Shipping is excluded for PSA Graded collectibles and other TCG items. Each individual PSA graded card purchased will have a $4.99 shipping fee.
Other Exclusions to free shipping may apply!
