We value our customers and are committed to providing quality support when things do not go as planned. New items may be exchanged or returned within 15 days from the in-store purchase or from the date of delivery for online orders. Used items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days. Exchange and return exceptions, for both new and used items, are noted below.
Most returns can be processed in-store, or by using the Returns Portal on our website! Online orders may be returned in-store without a fee, however, shipped returns will incur a fee of $14.99 for hardware and $8.99 for all other items. Please note, any items purchased in-store MUST be returned to a store. To process your return, we will require an in-store receipt or GameStop.com order number. We will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes to the original form of payment or if preferred an exchange can be processed within policy.
