How do I check my gift card balance?

To look up the balance of your GameStop Gift Card you will need to click on the top left-hand side of the website where you see the menu icon.

Once the menu appears select the "Gift Card" option.

This will take you to the GameStop Gift Card page. Scrolling down you will see the option to check your Gift Card Balance.

This will prompt you to enter your gift card number and pin.

!!NOTE!!- You can find the PIN on the back of your physical GameStop gift card or in the same email you received with your gift card number

If you have entered everything correctly and continue to see the following error message please reach out to GameStop Guest Care for additional support.

Once you have entered the information and select "Check Balance" on the bottom you will see your current balance, as well as any transaction details of past purchases, used with the card.
