UNOPENED New items may be Refunded or Replaced within 15 days of purchase (Or delivery date for Online Orders). Some exceptions to those include:
- Special/Collectors Editions of Software and Hardware - 7 Day Refund & Exchange
- Steam Deck - 14 Day Refund & Exchange
- PC/PC Components/Laptops/Monitors - 7 Days REFUND ONLY
- PRO Membership - 2 Day Refund
PRE - OWNED
All Pre - Owned Items may be Refunded within 7 days or Replaced within 15 days!
