Yes! If you purchased an item online and had it shipped to you, you can return it at a local GameStop store 

This is often the fastest option and helps you avoid online return shipping fees.

To complete an in-store return, make sure you bring: 

  •  All items included in the original shipment 
  •  Your packing slip and/or order confirmation 
  •  The original payment method used for the purchase
