You can cancel an order only before it’s packaged and ready for shipment.
If cancellation is still possible, you’ll see a Cancel Order button in your order details.
If the Cancel Order button isn’t visible, the order can no longer be cancelled-support can’t override this.

✅ How to Cancel Your Order
If You Have a GameStop Account
- Sign in to your GameStop account
- Go to Account → My Orders → Orders
- Select the order you want to cancel
- Open Order Details
- Choose Cancel Order and confirm

If You Checked Out as a Guest
- Go to Track Order on GameStop.com
- Find your order using the required details
- Open Order Details
- Select Cancel Order, if available, and confirm

Don’t See the “Cancel Order” Option?
If the Cancel Order button isn’t shown, the order is already too far along in the shipping process and can’t be cancelled—even by Customer Service.
What You Can Do Instead
- If the item qualifies under our return policy, you can return it after delivery

When You Don’t Need to Contact GameStop
You generally don’t need support assistance if:
- The Cancel Order button is not visible
- Your order has already been packaged or shipped
- You’ve been directed to return the item after delivery
If cancellation is possible, the option will always appear in your order details.

⏱️ When Should I Contact GameStop?
Contact us only if:
- You see the Cancel Order button but receive an error when trying to cancel
- Your order is eligible for return and you need help after it’s delivered
