How Do I Cancel My Order?

To cancel the order you will need to be signed in to your GameStop account. Once signed in you will follow the steps below.

  1. Select your initials in the top right of the GameStop website and In the side panel and select Orders.

  2. Find the order you wish to cancel and select Order Details next to the order.
  3. If the order is in a status where it can still be cancelled you should see the button "Cancel Order".
  4. Selecting Cancel order will open a second window prompting you if you are sure, confirming here will cancel the order.

 

The only time you can cancel an order is before it is packaged and ready for shipment in the warehouse! If the order is too far along in the shipment process then the system will not let you cancel. If this is the case, and the item is within our return policy, you can return the item once it has been delivered!
