Once processing is complete, changes may no longer be possible.
The fastest way to make changes is through your order details—no need to contact support for most requests.

✅ Changes You Can Make Online
If your order is not fully processed yet, you can:
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your order
If You Have a GameStop Account
Sign in to your account and go to Your Orders to manage the order.
If You Checked Out as a Guest
Use Track Order on GameStop.com to find your order and make available changes.

❌ Changes That Can’t Be Made Online
The following changes cannot be updated through your account or order tracking:
- Item quantities
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Name on the order
- Shipping options
These changes require manual assistance.

When You Don’t Need to Contact GameStop
You normally don’t need support help if:
- You were able to cancel your order online
- You successfully updated your payment method
- Your order is already fully processed and no changes are available
If an option isn’t shown in your order details, it means the change isn’t supported online.

When to Contact GameStop
Contact GameStop only if you need help with a change that isn’t available online, such as:
- Updating your shipping or billing information
- Adjusting item quantities
- Changing shipping options or order details not shown in your account
