How Do I Cancel or Delete My Account?

At this time, accounts and Pro memberships cannot be cancelled or deleted directly on the GameStop website 

However, you still have two clear options depending on what you want to do.

 Option 1: Cancel Pro Membership Only (Keep Your Account) 

If you want to cancel your Pro membership without deleting your entire account, contact GameStop directly by email:  

In your message, request that: 

  • Your Pro membership be cancelled 
  • Your information remain active (no data deletion) 

 Best choice if you may want to keep your account history or access later

 Option 2: Cancel Pro Membership and Delete Your Account 

If you want your Pro membership cancelled and all of your personal information removedsubmit a request using the GameStop Privacy Form 

This option: 

  • Cancels your Pro membership 
  • Requests deletion of your account data 
  • Follows GameStop’s privacy and data-deletion process 

 Best choice if you want a full account deletion

When You Don’t Need to Contact GameStop 

You usually don’t need additional support if: 

  • You already submitted the Privacy Form 

These requests are handled asynchronously once submitted.

Contact GameStop only if: 

  • You submitted a request and didn’t receive confirmation after a reasonable review period 
  • You need to clarify whether your request was for cancellation only or full deletion
