How do I track my Order?

I'm sure you want to track of your order and get updates on when you'll be able to enjoy your new loot! There are a couple of ways you can stay updated on tracking your order and your delivery date!

Via email

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information like the one below. You'll click the red button that says "Track Your Package" and this will take you to the carrier's site to view the current status of your order. 

Via the GameStop.com main page

1. On the top right-hand side of the page, you'll see a link to Track an Order. Click that.
   
2. You'll then come to the following screen. Fill out the appropriate information requested and then click on the box that says "I'm not a robot" for human verification. Once completed, click the red button that says "Check Status."
   
3. You'll then arrive to your order summary page. Click on "Track Order."
   
4. On the final screen you'll see the carrier's tracking information and expected date of delivery as well as its current status.
