What Does My Tracking Status Mean?
Shipping Label Created, Awaiting Item
Your label has been created, but the carrier hasn’t picked it up yet.
✅ This is normal right after shipment confirmation.

Arrived at Facility
Your package has reached the carrier’s facility and is being processed.

Departed Facility
Your package has left the carrier’s facility and is moving to the next stop.
In Transit
Your package is on the way to you.

Out for Delivery
Your package is on the delivery truck and should arrive soon.

Delivery wasn’t successful, and your package is available at the carrier’s local facility.

Delivery Attempted
The carrier couldn’t complete delivery and will usually try again.

Insufficient Address
The address provided is missing required details (such as an apartment or building number).
✅ Next step:
Contact GameStop to update address details.

No Access to Delivery Location
The carrier couldn’t access the delivery location (for example, a gated area).
✅ Next step:
Reach out to the carrier directly using your tracking details.

Delivered
Your package has been delivered to the shipping address on file.

⚠️ What If Something Goes Wrong?
In most cases, if there’s a delay or issue, we’ll notify you automatically.
Once the carrier has your package:
- Tracking updates come directly from the carrier
- GameStop can’t see more information than what appears in your tracking link
✅ Always use the tracking link first for the fastest updates.

Good to Know

⏱️ When Should I Contact GameStop?
Most delivery questions resolve automatically using your tracking link. Contact GameStop only if the situations below apply.
- Your tracking status hasn’t updated for 72 hours or more after showing In Transit, Arrived at Facility, or Departed Facility
- Your tracking shows “Delivered,” but you haven’t received the package after 48 hours
- Your order shows as shipped, but you never received a tracking email
- Your shipment was returned to sender and tracking no longer updates
- You’re unable to access your tracking link from email or GameStop.com

Address & Access Issues
If tracking shows Insufficient Address or No Access to Delivery Location and is being delivered via USPS, updates must be made directly with the carrier through your local post office. GameStop doesn’t receive additional delivery details beyond what the carrier provides.
