If your tracking hasn’t updated, is past the delivery date, or shows Delivered but you didn’t receive the package, follow the steps below.
In most cases, these issues can be resolved without contacting GameStop.

✅ Step 1: Check Your Order & Tracking First
Before taking any action, confirm the following:
✔ Check Your Order Status
Make sure your order has already shipped by visiting Track an Order on GameStop.com.
Orders can take up to 1 business day to process, plus up to 3 business days for delivery with standard shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).

✔ Check Your Tracking Number
Your carrier will update tracking if there are delays caused by weather, road conditions, or other rare issues.
If tracking is still moving or recently updated, no action is needed yet.

Step 2: If USPS Marked Your Package as Delivered (or Stuck)
If your package was shipped by USPS and is showing Delivered, delayed, or has no recent tracking updates, you must contact USPS first.
File a USPS Missing Mail Search
Submit a request directly with USPS to expedite the process:

✅ This step is required before GameStop can investigate USPS shipments.

Step 3: Submit the Lost-in-Transit Form (If Needed)
After completing the USPS process or if your package shipped with any other carrier, submit the Lost In Transit Form: Lost In Transit Form
You'll need:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Order number (from order confirmation email)
- Tracking number (from shipment confirmation email)
At the end of the form, choose whether you’d prefer a replacement or refund.
Once submitted, no further action is needed-GameStop will review and follow up by email.

- Submitting a form does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement
- Each case is reviewed individually
- GameStop will do everything possible to help resolve the issue

When You Don’t Need to Contact GameStop
You typically don’t need to contact us if:
- Your tracking is still updating or recently moved
- Your package is within the normal delivery window
(up to 1 business day for processing + 3 business days for standard delivery, excluding weekends and holidays)
- USPS marked your package as delivered and you haven’t yet filed a Missing Mail Search
- You already submitted a USPS Missing Mail request or Lost-in-Transit form
- You’re waiting for a follow-up email after completing the steps above
Once a form is submitted, no further action is needed-GameStop will review and contact you by email if more information is required.
⏱️ When Should I Contact GameStop?
Contact GameStop only if:
- You can’t submit the Lost-in-Transit ost‑in‑Transit form
- You already completed all steps above and haven’t received a response after a reasonable review period
- Your order doesn’t appear in Track Order but was charged
