Bulk & Tax-Exempt Orders — What You Need to Know

Modified on Fri, 24 Apr at 12:12 PM

Bulk and tax-exempt orders are handled through a separate approval process and usually don’t require Customer Service assistance if the steps below are followed.

Do I Qualify for a Bulk Purchase?

Not all large orders qualify, but your order may be reviewed as bulk if at least one of the following applies:

  •  Order subtotal over $2,500 (before tax) with 2 or more items
  •  6 or more hardware systems
    • Same model or mix of systems
  •  6 or more tech devices
    • Same model or mix of devices
  •  11 or more of the same item from these categories:
    • Accessories (controllers, headsets, etc.)
    • Collectibles (figures, POPs, etc.)
(excluding trading cards, blind bags/boxes, and clearance)

If your order doesn’t meet one of these thresholds, it may not be approved as a bulk order.
