Free shipping is available when your order qualifies:
- Orders $79+
- Pre-orders $59+
- GameStop Pro members: Free shipping on orders $54+
Important qualifications:
- The subtotal after discounts must meet the threshold
- Pre-orders and digital items do NOT count toward free shipping

⚠️ Free Shipping Exclusions
Free shipping does not apply to:
- PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- PSA graded collectible cards
(each PSA-graded card has a $4.99 shipping fee)
- All Trading Card items
- Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii
- Additional exclusions may apply
If free shipping doesn’t appear at checkout, the order or address doesn’t qualify.

Standard Shipping – $6.99
This is the default option when adding items to your cart.
What to know:
- Delivery is typically 1–3 business days
- Shipping is limited to the continental U.S.
- Some items can’t ship to AK or HI (especially lithium-ion batteries)
- Orders cannot ship to businesses, including:
- Freight forwarders
- Mail forwarding services
- Warehouses
- Distribution centers
- Airports
- Hotels
- Military addresses are supported, but delivery times may vary
- Some packages may require a signature upon delivery

Same Day Delivery – $12.99
Same Day Delivery is available via courier services when eligible:
- Uber
Key requirements:
- Availability depends on local store inventory
- Orders must be placed before 5 PM local time
- Delivery is completed by 8 PM
- Orders are held for couriers until 3 hours before store close
You can:
- Add delivery instructions
- Opt in to text message updates at checkout
If Same Day Delivery doesn’t appear, it’s not available for that item or location.

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPS)
Buy Online, Pick Up In Store lets you purchase online and pick up locally the same day.
How it works:
- Add the item to your cart
- Select Pick Up TODAY
- Choose a store with available inventory
- Complete the order before the pickup time window expires
After ordering:
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email
- Wait for the “Ready for Pick Up” email before going to the store
- Bring your email confirmation and valid ID
⚠️ Important: The name on the order must match the name on the ID—otherwise the store can’t release the order.

When You Don’t Need to Contact GameStop
You usually don’t need support help if:
- Free shipping doesn’t apply at checkout
- A shipping option isn’t shown for your address
- Same Day Delivery isn’t available
- You’re waiting for the Ready for Pick Up email
- An item shows shipping restrictions
All of these are handled automatically by the system.

⏱️ When Should I Contact GameStop?
Contact GameStop only if:
- Your order qualifies for free shipping but shipping fees are still applied
- You received a pickup confirmation confirmation but the store can’t locate your order
- You’re unable to complete checkout due to an unexpected shipping error
