- You’ll receive an email letting you know it’s available
- You can then access the code:
- Directly from the email, or
- By signing in and viewing it under your Order History

On your order page, you’ll see Download Instructions on the right side.

- These download instructions appear only once
- Be sure to review or save them before leaving the page
They will not reappear later, even after the code is available.
When You Don’t Need to Contact GameStop
You usually don’t need support assistance if:
- It’s been less than 24 hours since your purchase
- You’re waiting for the “code ready” email
- The code hasn’t appeared in your order summary yet
- You already received the code email
These are expected steps in the digital delivery process.
